However, we are constantly facing financial challenges compared to regular restaurants or publicly funded establishments:
- Personnel costs are significantly higher than in other catering businesses.
- The “dark restaurant” concept makes it almost impossible to build up reserves.
- Our two restaurants are not publicly funded.
