Open your eyes to the city with our tour.

Experience Basel a different way: our blind and visually impaired guides will show you things you otherwise wouldn’t notice – and tell you plenty of their own stories along the way. You’ll also learn about the most important ports of call for visually impaired and blind people. The City Walk gets right to the heart of the challenges these people over-come each day.

Conditions for participation

Get in touch by phone or online form to inform us of your preferred date, time and number of attendees. Your booking is not final until you receive written confirmation from blindekuh. This two-hour tour is ideal for companies, associations, schools and other institutions. 

We would be happy to reserve a table for you at blindekuh afterwards.

  • bookable between Wednesday and Friday
  • maximum group size is 15 persons

  • group fee: CHF 350.00

     

 

Prerequisites for the city walk

All participants require a valid BVB ticket for at least two hours (Basel, zone 10). The group is responsible for making sure everyone has a ticket.

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

You can inform us of your reservation request using the form on the right. Please note, however, that this is not a definitive booking.

After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you to either confirm your preferred date or suggest an alternative date.
