Professionally Guiding Blind Guests.

Confidence in Interacting with Blind and Visually Impaired Guests

How do you guide blind and visually impaired guests safely and respectfully? In this hands-on workshop, Jean Baldo—a hospitality professional (HF), trainer, and long-time blindekuh Zürich team member—teaches concrete guiding techniques, helpful communication principles, and authentic insights from his daily work.
Participants also gain greater confidence in interacting with blind and visually impaired people in their personal lives.
