Eyes shut and go for it

There’s nothing to see here – but you’ll hear what you hear, feel what you feel, and smell and taste what you smell and taste. Switch off your eyes and switch on your other senses! Here, you and your group members will, for once, have to rely on a different kind of perception.

Feeling and touch:

Feeling your way around different objects and materials, sensing surfaces and temperature. In short: learning to see with your fingers.

Smell and taste:

Discovering flavours and scents and how they affect our moods and memories.

Hearing:

Experiencing noises and sounds, and discovering acoustic phenomena that have so far remained hidden from the eye.

If you wish, we can serve you an apéritif or snacks in the dark.

Course duration: 60 minutes

Course leaders: blind and visually impaired blindekuh staff

Possible course times: Wednesday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

Group size: minimum 10, maximum 25 people

Cost per person: children and young people up to 20 years CHF 20.–; adults CHF 30.–
