A rarity in Switzerland. <br\/>However, we are constantly facing financial challenges compared to regular restaurants or publicly funded establishments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personnel costs are significantly higher than in other catering businesses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The &#8220;dark restaurant&#8221; concept makes it almost impossible to build up reserves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our two restaurants are not publicly funded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With your donation or legacy, we cover extraordinary expenses or unforeseen shortfalls. In short, your financial support secures valuable jobs for blind and visually impaired people.
